Grace and peace, members and friends of the Rehoboth Congregational Church!
Today is December 1st - we have finally made it to the final month of 2020.
And what a year it has been.
2020 has not necessarily been the kindest of years, but I have found joy in seeing the kindness of our church community. We have prayed for and with one another and shown each other love by sending cards, gifts and meals. We have hosted drive-thru suppers and communion. We have found new ways to gift our congregation with beautiful and meaningful music. We have continued to make outreach a priority, with our Missions Committee using small, masked crews to participate in service projects. We have found ways to adapt our Church School program, offering craft kits to all of our participants and putting together fun lesson videos with special guests.
Despite the challenges we have faced this year, the impact that the Rehoboth Congregational Church has had in 2020 has been powerful.
You have been a big part of this impact – so thank you! We are hoping that you will help us celebrate the church’s 2020 impact by donating $20.20 on Giving Tuesday. It is our hope that we will raise $2,020; a positive way to close out the year, giving thanks for all that we have done and holding onto hope that better times are coming.
Thank you for being part of our impact. Blessings to you and your family!
With love and angeltude,
Rev. Sarah
